Before you call.
How do I start a project?
Call or email us with the building and what you are seeing — scaling, open joints, failed indents, or a full elevation. We will talk it through and arrange a look if the job needs one.
Where do you work?
Throughout Glasgow and the Central Belt, as main contractor or sub-contractor.
Do you sandblast stone?
No. The 1980s made a spectacle of blasting a century of soot away, and the stone paid for it. We repair damage and bring the surface back without creating problems for the next generation.
Who do you work for?
Architects, surveyors, contractors, developers, factors, housing associations, and private owners. On multi-trade contracts we liaise with planners, funding bodies, and the other trades on site.
Do you follow heritage specifications?
Often we are applying traditional materials that have to conform to strict heritage guidelines. Where it is appropriate, we will also use more modern materials and techniques that earn their place.
Can you bring in specialist trades?
Yes. Alongside our own restorers, masons, trainees and operatives, we bring in Doff cleaning, stone carving, reproduction metalwork and other skills a job may need.
